A good server will use methods and tools that are both efficient and legal. If the methods used are not, then the process might not hold up in a court of law.

There will be instances when recipients of court documentation will be evasive and even hostile. Moreover, defendants may live in remote locations (or overseas) and you could be faced with allegations of non-delivery or non-receipt of legal documentation.
