All Lanes offers advice in instances beyond the customer’s control. We are able to advise in respect of following rigorous and time-sensitive court procedures which may not be evident to our clients. For example, a court may strike out a case if documents are not served in a timely manner. In this case, All Lanes would advise the client to complete and file a court application requesting a time extension.

We operate based on the utmost discretion and advise our clients in the most sensitive of situations to avoid unnecessary difficulties. Prior to serving a court order, All Lanes briefs clients on the utmost necessity to remain professional and avoid raising warning flags to a defendant.

There will be instances when recipients of court documentation will be evasive and even hostile. Moreover, defendants may live in remote locations (or overseas) and you could be faced with allegations of non-delivery or non-receipt of legal documentation. To successfully accomplish the required process serving tasks the experience of an accredited process server may be required. In some instances, successfully serving official court papers can result in an out-of-court agreement. This may, or may not, be the desired outcome depending on the customer’s specific requirements.

All Lanes is also a tracing and investigation company counting with experienced professionals who have worked for national, regional and local courts and who thoroughly understand the importance of collating sound evidence and serving legal documentation. Some of our consultants are court ex-officers who believe in professionalism and standards and will leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of legal matters.
