How we work

We will ordinarily make up to three visits to an address (including at least one out-of-hours visit), when necessary.

Although we are unable to guarantee delivery in every case, we pride ourselves on achieving extremely high success rates. In the event of non-delivery, we can provide an itemised statement with details of the steps we have taken to fulfil our service promise. Claimants are able to apply for an alternative service, i.e. request a Court to allow alternative methods of delivery (this is a common recurrence in divorce proceedings).

We provide low cost, fixed fee, express (same-day) process serving. A proof of services rendered will be issued in all instances. We do all this for a fixed price with no hidden costs. See our Fees section for more details.

There will be instances when recipients of court documentation will be evasive and even hostile. Moreover, defendants may live in remote locations (or overseas) and you could be faced with allegations of non-delivery or non-receipt of legal documentation. To successfully accomplish the required process serving tasks the experience of an accredited process server may be required. In some instances, successfully serving official court papers can result in an out-of-court agreement. This may, or may not, be the desired outcome depending on the customer’s specific requirements.

Some of our consultants are court ex-officers who believe in professionalism and standards and will leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of legal matters.
